Patties SteakBurger comes in Patties and One Pound Packages. The big difference between the two (besides the obvious fact that one comes in the form of patties) is the fat content. We specify the patties to be 80% lean. I like my burgers to be nice and juicy off the grill. If you want really lean ground SteakBurger, go over to the One Pounders. If you want the convenience of pre-made patties, then stay right here in this category. These are quite possibly the best burgers you'll ever try. They are 1/3 of a pound each and they shrink very little. No, they are not injected with water like you see in the supermarket. They are a meal by themselves. |
